Animal Rescue Foundation of SE PA, Inc. (ARF) is an all-volunteer,
501(c)(3) nonprofit organization solely dedicated to the welfare of
homeless and at-risk pets in southeastern Pennsylvania. ARF volunteers
rescue cats, dogs and rabbits from public shelters that must euthanize
when full. Rescued pets receive complete veterinary care, including
testing, vaccinations, spay/neuter, microchip ID and any other needed
care - paid for by ARF. Pets live in a home with an ARF foster family
until adopted, as long as that takes. ARF also sponsors free
spay/neuter clinics in communities that have high numbers of strays
turned in to area shelters, has programs to encourage adoption of
senior pets, and much more. For more information on ARF, please visit
