“What is floydwarriors.com?” I have been asked time and time again. ‘Helping Families Cope With Cancer One Household at a Time’ is the motto and I hope it is an easy way of bringing together the ‘Army of Help that Surrounds Us’ for newly diagnosed families in need. To do that floydwarriors.com offers links to helpful community resources, is a platform to share words of encouragement and hosts events throughout the year to directly help those in need. I call it my own Healing Ministry. My last effort raised $800 for a not-for profit cleaning company to clean for free homes of cancer patients. People ask who is in my organization. I kiddingly say there are 4 members- Me, Myself, I and JC (my silent partner Jesus).

Over time I have had many people approach me about helping floydwarriors.com in some fashion. Some have offered to clean homes and run errands for cancer patients, others have volunteered time making prepared meals for Thanksgiving, and others have wrapped Easter Baskets to be a part of my floydwarriors.com Army. Others still would like to help and I have found a program that enables you to shop on-line and up to 40% of the proceeds are given directly back to floydwarriors.com to help us pursue our mission.

There are not many products to choose from- I think this makes shopping easy. I like getting magazines myself, I use restaurant gift certificates and cookie dough is always fun, so that is why I chose to partner up with EfundraisingOnline.com.
